Custom Cakes by Joli is a home based business that blossomed out of a hobby. I have always baked cookies, pies and cakes. Over the years I realized I quite enjoyed the art form of creating cakes. There is nothing like being a part of someone's celebration by creating a cake that tastes as good as it looks. In 2008 I was commissioned to make two wedding cakes. I took it as a sign that maybe this was what I was meant to do. Since those 2 cakes I have done many more. I hope that there will be many more to come! I can create unique cakes for any occasion. All my cakes and icings are scratch made. I have experience with buttercream icing, royal icing and fondant. I can create many different types of flowers as you can see from the pictures.
